About the Role
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for managing and supporting key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with our mission of compassionate, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, attract, and onboard talented professionals dedicated to home health care excellence.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.
Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Training & Development: Facilitate professional growth opportunities for staff through training programs and continuous learning initiatives.
Benefits & Payroll: Manage employee benefits administration and support payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
Performance Management: Support performance evaluation processes and assist in fostering career development within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or home health care sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
